How long is delivery once the garment is made?
We ship exclusively via Royal Mail and use Special Delivery for all orders. This ensures your parcel is securely tracked throughout the entire delivery process. Special Delivery is also the fastest shipping option for the UK and Scotland, with packages typically arriving the next working day before 1pm once dispatched.
What are the recommended washing and care instructions for your garments?
All fabrics used at Bitter Sweet are unique, but most of our designs can be safely washed either by hand or on a gentle machine cycle. Many of our everyday fabrics are also suitable for regular washing routines.
However, if your garment features delicate materials or embellishments, we kindly recommend using a professional dry-cleaning service or washing it very gently by hand to maintain its quality and longevity.
